Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of zevs.quest and any services purchased from Zevs Quest ("we", "us"). By accessing the site or purchasing a service you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide strategic consulting on U.S. work visas and on the formation and operation of consulting businesses. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. Where legal advice is required, we coordinate with licensed attorneys.
2. Engagement
Each engagement is defined by the package you purchase or by a written scope. Additional work outside scope is billed separately and confirmed in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
- Respond to our requests promptly so deadlines can be met.
- Not misrepresent facts to any government body, bank, or third party.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are quoted in EUR and payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Confidentiality
Information you share is treated as confidential and is used solely to deliver the agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law.
6. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any outcome from USCIS, embassies, consulates, banks, or other third parties. Decisions remain at the discretion of those bodies.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All templates, frameworks, and playbooks we provide remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for your personal or business use only. Resale or redistribution is prohibited.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland.
