Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all consulting services purchased from Zevs Quest ("we", "us", "our") via zevs.quest or related channels. By purchasing a service you accept the terms below.
2. 7-Day Cooling-Off Period
You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, provided that no consultation has yet taken place and no deliverables have been issued or accessed.
3. After Services Begin
Once the first consultation has been held or any written deliverable (assessment, roadmap, document draft, playbook) has been delivered, the engagement is considered partially fulfilled. In that case:
- If less than 25% of the agreed deliverables have been completed, a 50% refund may be issued at our discretion.
- If 25% or more of the deliverables have been completed, the engagement is non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Government, USCIS, embassy, or third-party filing fees paid on your behalf.
- Fees paid to external attorneys, translators, or notaries.
- Rush-service surcharges once work has begun.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
Zevs Quest provides strategic and advisory services. We do not guarantee visa approval, business success, or any specific government, banking, or commercial outcome. Refunds are therefore not granted on the basis of an unfavorable decision by USCIS, a consulate, a bank, or any other third party.
6. How to Request a Refund
Send a written request to service@zevs.quest with your order reference and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days to the original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of any associated fees.
